Why involve children and young people in community regeneration?
So, you're a busy Development Worker, working hard to improve the community in which you work:
"Why should you take time to involve children and young people in decisions made about the communities in which they live?"
People are doing it all over Wales and there are lots of reasons for you to do it as well! Read on to find out why:

- It is good practice to involve children and young people. There are many benefits to the children and young people and the community as a whole. For more information read on
- They know the community well, and know loads about the issues facing children and young people (more so than adults), as they experience them
- They will be able to come up with sustainable solutions to issues children and young people face - as they understand the issues.
